The additively fun Candystand tennis games provide a challenging and unique online gaming experience. There are two different types of tennis related games which are: Match Point Tennis and Out of Bounds. Both of the games provide a fun and challenging experience that are accomplished through a relatively easy control of the mouse.

In Match Point Tennis, players compete against the computer matching their skills against the computers artificial intelligence. By wining two games against the computer, players are allowed to move up to the next level. With the click of the mouse the ball is tossed into the air for the serve and clicking again will actually serve the ball. The on screen player is controlled by moving the mouse right and left and the direction and angle in which you return the ball depends on the distance you are when the ball comes back to you.

Although players don’t have the capability to be very accurate with the desired direction of the return shot, there is an option of using the “z” key of the keyboard to force a chip shot and the “x” key to force a lob. Also subtle actions like quickly moving your player either left or right while they are in their back swing will put more of an angle to your shot. Additionally, the height of the ball when hitting it during a serve will determine the difficulty your opponent will have in returning it. Just like in a real tennis match the player that owns the net, accomplished by charging it, will drastically take charge of the match and tempo of the game.

A different version of tennis that is provided by this site is a game called Out of Bounds. The whole objective of this game is to hit the ball as many times as possible without missing. The entire control of this game is through the computer mouse. Additional points are awarded if you hit the bonus items that are spread out throughout this Candystand tennis game and in between rounds mini games provide various “unlocks” that add to the excitement of the game.
